Philosophy of education Module 1

 

This course examines the fundamental questions, theories, and principles of educational philosophy. It explores major philosophical schools of thought, including idealism, realism, pragmatism, and existentialism, and analyzes how these perspectives influence educational aims, curriculum development, teaching methods, and learner development. Students will critically evaluate the relevance and application of philosophical ideas to contemporary educational challenges, enabling them to develop a personal and professional philosophy of education aligned with KSTVET standards.
